What are the stacker operating procedures?

2022-01-08

Operating procedures for stacker

1. When driving, the boom must be removed, and then installed with different lengths according to the needs of on-site operation conditions after arriving at the fixed site;

2. The following working conditions must be met before lifting operation:

a. Check the site so that the crane has a solid and flat working site. If there is an uneven ground, it can be leveled with wood or iron plate;

b. Check the fastening of all parts and the firmness of the hook;

c. Carefully check the specified lubrication position and check whether the lubrication effect of the lubrication position is good;

d. Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient;

e. In order to ensure the reliability of the fixing bolts of the slewing ring, the pre tightening degree of the bolts shall be checked after 150 hours of operation of the equipment, and then every 1000 hours of operation (the pre tightening torque of the bolts is 61kgf. M);

f. Check whether the hook alarm works reliably;

g. Check whether the luffing limit works reliably;

h. Check the wear condition of all steel wire ropes and whether they meet the service requirements.

3. Crane operation

a. Turn on the power supply, and the phase sequence relay will automatically judge the phase sequence of the power supply, so that the motor is in the positive direction (i.e. the same rotation direction as the oil pump);

b. Start the motor and wait for the oil pump to idle for 3 minutes before working;

c. Operate the lower control valve: first check whether the fixed device is connected well, then pull out the fixed pin of the outrigger and hit the outrigger. If the inclination of the upper slewing ring exceeds the limit value, level each outrigger separately;

d. Operate the upper control valve: the upper control can be carried out only after the outrigger is adjusted. When no-load, two combined actions can be carried out arbitrarily; Under load, only the combined action of slewing and slow lifting is allowed, but the operator must operate carefully. The operator can control the working speed of each mechanism through the control lever;

e. Operate the travel control valve: first push the valve rod of the boarding and alighting change-over valve to the alighting direction, and then operate the forward and backward valves to move the crane. After the operation, push the change-over valve to the upper position, otherwise there is no hydraulic power on the upper vehicle (the crane can travel only after all the vertical outrigger cylinders are retracted).

f. Check whether the leakage circuit breaker works reliably every week. That is, after power on, press the test button on the leakage circuit breaker. If it can trip, it proves that the leakage circuit breaker works normally.

4. The safe operation of the crane requires that the bolts at the connection between the axle drive shaft and the rear axle be removed. After the transmission shaft is fixed, it can be towed.

5. Requirements for safe operation of crane

The technology and performance of any equipment are not 100% perfect. The product has made its best efforts in terms of performance and price ratio. Due to the limitation of cost, the technology of the equipment is still imperfect. In order to ensure the operation safety, reliability and due efficiency of users, the following instructions are made. Please pay special attention in use and management.

(1) The technical performance of the lifting operation part of the machine is superior to the driving system. Therefore, it is suitable for mobile operation in flat and small areas.

(2) When the crane wheels sink and cannot start, all the outriggers can be knocked up, and the outriggers can be retracted for driving and starting after the pit under the wheel is padded.

(3) When driving, the jib must be placed directly in front. Otherwise, the turntable may slip due to road irregularity, resulting in major accidents.

(4) It is not allowed to completely rely on the lifting limiter of the boom to prevent backward tilting. During normal operation, it shall be noted that the maximum luffing angle of the boom shall not be exceeded.
